Awesome product! Easy to clean,love that it’s stainless steel and NOT PLASTIC!!
Usually require 2 cleaning cycles, BUT I love the modular design (my last 3 ultrasonic cleaners shorted because they were inevitably near water) and I take the travel case on the go with me way more than I anticipated. It's also way more aesthetic than any other cleaner I've seen. Would recommend and would buy again!

I'm very happy with the unit. It is small and quiet and seems to do it's job perfectly. It would be even better if the top was easier to put on.
Works reasonably well. It's very quite and does a good job cleaning. I really like the metal case. Although I do wish the base unit was a sealed water proof design like an electric toothbrush charger.
Ordered it after reading through Reddit reviews to clean my nightguard. Cleans much better than brushing it, gets more of the nooks and crannies that my brush can’t reach. I enjoy how it looks and the ease of use.
Extremely pleased with the upgrade from V1 to V2! the larger depth solves the only complaint I had and I'm impressed with how powerful the new base is. A great solution made even better. My original unit suddenly stopped working and when looking advice on opening up the base to have a look, I found the offer to replace it. Honestly, I'm so impressed with the level of service here.
I bought this because using the denture tablets alone didn't feel 100% clean and I didn't want to keep scrubbing with a toothbrush because of micro scratches. Using the ultrasonic cleaning machine in combination with the denture tablets makes my retainers feel super clean! It's so convenient and by the time I'm done flossing and brushing my teeth, it's ready for me to put my retainers on. My only suggestions is some sort of snap on mechanism for the base and case. Right now it's held together using a magnetic function, but I think it would feel more secure if it had some sort of snap in or lock in. Also when it's operational, it's a little loud and has a high pitch squealing noise when it's turned on. Other than that, it helps simplify my oral routine and I've enjoyed using it so far!

Overall, it's a great well built product. It's quiet and gets the job done. My main issue is the container tends to slip off the base without the cover. I think it would be nice if there was a way for the container to lock on to the base more securely. A more minor criticism is that the cable has a sort of fabric sleeve. I would have preferred it to be more of a waterproof material since it can get wet.

Works and looks great! No issues at all but would love more size options for the top container. One smaller size for travel and a larger size for home use cleaning a everything at once.

Love it-cleans my Spark aligners quickly and thoroughly
I like that the device seems pretty simple and reliable. The case does seem to seal watertight as well and the device seems like it’s made in a sustainable way.
I dislike that the metal powered contacts are so exposed. I’m pretty careful with water and electricity, but my significant other is not, and I could definitely see them getting water on the bottom of the case and shorting the device.
I am also not a fan of the way the device fits together. The container doesn’t “snap in” to the magnetic base and it’s fairly easy to place it off center. The metal power prongs give a slight metal on metal screech if the pod is moved thats unpleasant to feel and hear.
I like the sleek design and the color and materials uses. I wishes for improvement are: to increase the depth of the container, the strength of the vibration, clearer instructions for the necessary equipment such as the adapter. I could only fit one retainer at a time. The motor seems a little weak in comparison to my previous device. When I received my ultrasonic cleaner, I had to message you for help because it wouldn’t work. Turns out I needed to order an adapter. For these reasons, I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

Great cleaner. Saves me so much headache daily and works quickly. Materials are good quality. Was caught off guard when the item arrived without a wall adapter for the USB-C cord. It needs to be clearly stated in plain, non-technical language that the adapter you use needs to be high voltage at least 18W (i.e. a Mac or iPad adapter).
Pros: It works as advertised and is easy to use.
Cons: it took 100 days from my order date to receive it, and the instructions need improvement to let you know that there is no "button" to turn it on, but you simply place a finger over the tiny hole. Also, they don't include a plug-in for the charger, though I understand that they plan to include one.
If they were able to ship it promptly with a proper charger and better labeling or instructions, I would have given 4-5 stars.
