The Idyll Warranty

Every Ultrapod and Ultrapod Pro includes a 1-year limited warranty and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coverage

1-year limited warranty

Included with every purchase for one year from the original purchase date.

During the first year, Idyll covers defects in materials and workmanship, including covered failures of the electronic and ultrasonic components under normal household use. For an approved claim, Idyll may repair or replace the affected component or product at its discretion.

Lifetime manufacturing-defect warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for the lifetime of the product.

If an Ultrapod or Ultrapod Pro fails because of a manufacturing defect after the 1-year limited warranty ends, Idyll will repair or replace the defective component or product at its discretion. This lifetime coverage applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, cosmetic changes, or consumable items.

Both warranties apply to the original purchaser, are non-transferable, and require proof of purchase.

What is covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Manufacturing defects affecting the ultrasonic mechanism or electronic components
  • Manufacturing defects affecting the stainless steel case or hardwood base

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear or natural aging of materials
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or use outside the product guidelines
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Loss or theft
  • Consumable items, including Ultraboost cleaning powder and packaging

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us. Email hello@idyllproducts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when helpful.
  2. We review the claim. We’ll confirm whether the issue is covered and may request additional information or troubleshooting.
  3. We resolve approved claims. Idyll may repair or replace the affected component or product at its discretion.
  4. Return the product if requested. If a return is needed, we’ll provide the next steps.

Legal terms

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you.

Idyll may determine whether a claim is covered and may repair or replace a covered product with a new or refurbished product or component of equal or greater value. These warranties apply to the original purchaser only, are non-transferable, and require proof of purchase.
