I came across an ad for another brand of ultra sound cleaning device for braces. Further research of it's ratings, led me to the Idyll brand of the same type of product with much higher quality, built to last and clean better. I had to wait awhile for them to get over supply chain issues, but I'm glad I did. I'm very happy saving time and annoyance of brushing which never got them very clean anyway. The enzyme product does it's job very well. I found out I can use it also to clean my coffee maker.
I grabbed this immediately after reading all the eco-friendly details. Works great for cleaning, the multi-purpose use is impressive, and the tin that came with the powder was an unexpected but appreciated surprise. The peace of mind using this over other cleaning products, especially for my retainer, is the best part, however.
I just got my braces off and am stuck with an Invisalign retainer until I decide I don’t want straight teeth anymore so I need to keep it very clean for a very long time. The Idyll ultrasonic cleaner works so well! I can tell it was lovingly made and the lifetime warranty puts me at ease if anything goes wrong. 0 Plastic in this bad boy! I love my little sonic cleaner. Customer service was above and beyond when I dropped part of the metal container, and the magnet inside came loose & started thunking around instead of working as it should. I messaged Idyll, and they immediately sent me a new one at no charge. My aligners are clean again!

One year ago, UPS lost my package and I began a very long claim process. The device looks great and is easier to use them the larger one I had before. I love the wood and stainless combo! It looks classy. I did buy a longer 100w USB cable but the one it came with is probably fine for most people.
Customer service was top notch keeping me informed after every inquiry to date. The Ultrapod has exceeded my expectations so far. My retainer went from "might be time to replace" to "wait... did I replace that already?"I also have a watch band that needed a once over and looks brand new again.

Great product! I had one of the original ultrapods and I loved it! Unfortunately, about a year in it stopped working. I reached out to the owner to see if there was a warranty. He got back to me right away, was courteous, and set me up with the new and improved model right away! It took a minute to get here, but so worth the wait! The new ultrapod is even better than the last! It’s quiet and super efficient! So glad I went with Idyll!
